We are looking for a UK Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team at IMS GROUP to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our global clients. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, screening, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and coordinating interviews. The position offers an in-hand salary as per industry standards and excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions as per client requirements.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms and internal databases.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media platforms.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate (any discipline) with 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome). Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques, adaptability, and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working Monday to Friday (weekends off).
