Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references.
Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and offer closure.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various Non-IT OR IT Roles
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in Non-IT OR IT hiring within a consultancy/agency).
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals.
Good in Bulk / Volume Hiring and Lateral Hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under pressure.
Negotiation skills and ability to close positions within timelines
