About the Role:

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent for our clients and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of recruitment with proper training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT positions.

Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

Maintain candidate pipeline and keep track of recruitment metrics.

Build strong professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Learn and adapt quickly to new hiring tools, technologies, and trends.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in IT recruitment and HR.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Basic knowledge of IT technologies (added advantage, not mandatory).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Eligibility:

Any Graduate (B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, MBA HR preferred, but open to all streams).

Freshers or candidates with internship experience in recruitment can apply.
