About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your role is critical in helping us attract and hire top talent to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team fit

• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of discretion and professionalism
