Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract healthcare talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

• Screen and interview candidates to assess clinical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified clinical research professionals, nurses, allied health specialists, and administrative healthcare staff.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage job postings and candidate databases using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and support offer negotiation processes.

• Stay informed on market trends, healthcare compliance requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.

• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients, serving as a trusted talent advisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of healthcare or clinical research recruiting experience (agency or in-house).

• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing processes, and clinical terminology.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

• Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, iCIMS, or similar).
