Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates and clients till final closure.
Manage bulk hiring as well as mid-to-senior level mandates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
Maintain daily reports, trackers, and documentation.
Meet aggressive weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
Act as a bridge between clients and candidates ensuring transparent communication.
