Key Responsibilities:
1. Placement Process Management: Manage the placement process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with employers, and ensuring timely communication with students and stakeholders.
2. Student Support: Provide support and guidance to students throughout the placement process, including resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
3. Employer Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with employers, ensuring a strong pipeline of job opportunities for students.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements, including job titles, companies, and salaries.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with students, employers, and faculty members, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the placement process.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education, Business, or Human Resources.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as career services, recruitment, or education.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
