Strong knowledge of End-to-End Recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Consultancy/Agency recruitment experience is mandatory
Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, and sourcing tools
Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Understand client requirements and create candidate pipelines
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels
Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients/hiring managers
Handle salary negotiations & offer closures
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures
