Job Description – Recruiter / Calling Executive (Candidate Sourcing)

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Recruiter / Calling Executive to handle candidate sourcing and calling for our hiring needs. Your main role will be to identify suitable candidates, call them, explain the job details, and schedule them for interviews.

✅ Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to candidates from portals like Apna, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Explain job roles, salary range, location, and interview process clearly.

Screen candidates based on basic criteria (experience, communication, job stability, salary expectations).

Schedule candidates for interviews and follow up to ensure they attend.

Maintain daily calling logs and update HR on calling status.

Build a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.

✅ Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).

Prior experience in recruitment or telecalling preferred.

Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.

Ability to handle high-volume calling.

Must be punctual and responsible with follow-ups.
