Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call and engage with candidates, screen them for open roles, and support the recruitment process by ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates from our internal database or job applications.

• Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interest.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers or senior recruiters.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.

• Follow up with candidates regarding application status and next steps.

• Collaborate with the HR/recruitment team to prioritize roles and hiring needs.

• Maintain professionalism and uphold our company values in all communications.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making cold/warm calls and speaking with diverse candidates.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Proficient in using Google Sheets, MS Office, or recruitment tools (ATS/CRM is a plus).

• A laptop and a stable internet connection.
