Responsible for sourcing candidates according to the job description
Posting ads on job portals, profile search through database.
Briefing the candidates about the job profile and about organization.
Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest availability.
Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks.
Maintain weekly status lists of all activities i.e., candidate interviewed, screened and hired in Track sheet through excel sheet.
Convince the candidate to join in a particular timeline to fill the Position.
Location - Sakinaka
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Working Hours - 10am - 7pm
Candidate who had done internship of atleast 6 months can also apply.
