About the Role:
We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our Recruitment team as Interns. If you’re looking to start your career in talent acquisition and human resources, and love interacting with people, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain candidate database and tracker sheets

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring updates

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers can apply)

• Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)

• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal

• Must be comfortable commuting to our HSR Layout office

• Laptop is mandatory – we follow a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy

• Immediate joiners preferred

Stipend / Compensation:

• CTC: ₹1.80 LPA to ₹2.40 LPA (Fixed)
