Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across Manufacturing, FMCG, FMEG, Automobile, or Semiconductor sectors.

Responsibilities:-

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.

• Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and references.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with departments for offer rollouts and onboarding.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring.

Requirements:-

• MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment

• Good knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Job Hai, Monster, etc.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven and process-oriented mindset
