About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our US-based clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

• Negotiate salaries, rates, and terms of employment with candidates.

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Stay updated on the latest technology trends, skills, and hiring practices in the US IT market.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (W2, C2C, 1099 experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in night shifts (US business hours).

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Results-driven and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
