The Personal Secretary will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director (MD) or senior executive. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Maintain calendars and organize travel arrangements (tickets, accommodation, itineraries).
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Handle incoming phone calls and messages professionally.
Communicate on behalf of the MD with internal staff and external stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing events, conferences, and official visits.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
Oversee office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Ensure smooth functioning of the executive office.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
