We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in Payroll Management and working knowledge of Recruitment. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and should also support hiring activities when required.
End-to-end processing of company payroll (salary processing, deductions, etc.)
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory deductions and filings
Prepare and maintain payroll reports and salary registers
Resolve employee queries related to payroll and salary slips
Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and audit
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain database of applicants and job postings
Support onboarding formalities
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
2 years of hands-on payroll experience
Good understanding of Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
Working knowledge of recruitment processes
Proficient in Excel and payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho Payroll)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in HRMS/Payroll tools
Knowledge of labour laws
Strong communication and coordination skills
