*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, benefits, and deductions.

2. Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, such as tax laws and labor laws.

3. Manage payroll-related data and records, including employee information, time-off records, and payroll history.

4. Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.

5. Prepare PF and ESIC Challan and timely submission on portal.

6. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

*Requirements:*

1. 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and management.

2. Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

3. Proficiency in payroll software.

4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
