Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing: Calculating and processing employee salaries, including wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits.

Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll laws, regulations, and company policies, including PF and ESIC challan.

Issu

Software Management: Managing and utilizing payroll software, staying updated on system upgrades and new features.

Collaboration: Working with HR, finance, and other departments to streamline payroll operations.
