Profile-Payroll Executive

Location-Sahibabad industrial Area

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Maintain employee salary records, deductions, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.

• Verify attendance, overtime, and leave data before salary processing.

• Generate salary slips and payroll reports.

• Coordinate with accounts for salary transfers and statutory compliance.

Attendance Management

• Maintain daily attendance records and attendance sheets.

• Monitor employee punch-in/punch-out records.

• Prepare monthly attendance summaries.

• Resolve attendance discrepancies with employees and department heads.

Leave Management

• Maintain employee leave records (Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Paid Leave, etc.).

• Track leave balances and approvals.

• Update leave data in HRMS/Excel sheets.

• Prepare monthly leave reports.

Employee Joining Process

• Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

• Collect and verify employee documents..

• Create employee records and ID details.

• Coordinate induction and orientation activities.

HR Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

• Support HR and admin activities as required.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of payroll processing and attendance systems.

• Good understanding of leave management procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
