Job Title: Payroll Executive
Department: Human Resources / Accounts
Location: Chandini Chok, Delhi
Reports To: HR Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements, compliance with statutory laws, and proper documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll software, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

· Collect and verify attendance, leave records, and overtime data.

· Process monthly salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements accurately.

· Ensure timely salary disbursements and handling of full and final settlements (FnF).

Compliance & Statutory Deductions:

· Calculate and deposit PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory deductions.

· File monthly, quarterly, and annual returns related to payroll (EPFO, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.).

· Generate Form 16 and other related documents.

Employee Support & Documentation:

· Maintain employee master data in payroll software.

· Address payroll-related queries from employees.

· Generate payslips and maintain payroll records.

· Assist in audits by providing necessary payroll data.

Reporting & Coordination:

· Prepare payroll-related MIS reports for management.

· Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external consultants for payroll-related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing.

· Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Tally, z Order , etc.).

· Good understanding of labor laws and tax regulations.

· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

· Proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

· Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in a manufacturing or multi-location setup.

· Knowledge of ERP-based payroll systems.

· Certification in payroll processing.
