Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage and process payroll operations for our India-based employees. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Indian payroll laws, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with payroll software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end processing of monthly payroll for all employees.

Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

Ensure accurate salary disbursements including bonuses, leaves, LOPs, reimbursements, etc.

Handle compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and Gratuity.

Timely submission of statutory returns and challans.

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for inputs and audits.

Manage payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain employee data confidentiality and ensure data integrity.

Assist in preparing payroll reports and MIS as required.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in Indian payroll processing.

Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Income Tax Act, and payroll compliance.

Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, ADP, Zoho Payroll, etc.).

Excellent MS Excel skills.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Good communication and coordination skills.
