We're Hiring a Payroll Executive (HR) for a leading EPC Company - Immediate Joiner

Job Title:  HR Assistant

Location: Mumbai - HO (Andheri -Marol ) Walkable Distance from Marol Metro Station

Experience: 1-3 years (preferred in blue-collar/workers’ payroll)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in processing monthly payroll for workers, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payouts.

2. Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and wages.

3. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, etc.

4. Calculate and verify statutory deductions and contributions as per prevailing labour laws.

5. Handle employee onboarding/offboarding formalities related to payroll and statutory documentation.

6. Assist in the preparation of salary statements, pay slips, and related reports.

7. Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations.

8. Stay updated on changes in minimum wages, labour laws, and statutory norms.

9. Handle queries related to payroll, ESIC, PF, and other wage-related matters.

10. Support audit processes by providing required payroll documentation.

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of state-wise minimum wage structure

Familiarity with compliance portals (EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha, etc.)

Basic knowledge of labour laws and wage code is an advantage
