1. Payroll manage all payroll processing duties, coordinate payroll activities, and supervise payroll staff.
Team handling size 5-6 members.
Overseeing and reviewing payroll payments and account reconciliations.
Ensuring records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
Coordinating with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts.
Maintaining accurate account balances and detailed records for auditing.
Monitoring payroll team performance and training new staff.
Managing and resolving any issues related to payroll.
Preparing reports and financial statements.
Check payroll variances with satisfactory comments and verify that payroll calculations are correct.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws and payroll tax requirements at various payroll locations.
Resolve payroll process related issues and problems.
Review, check and sign payroll reconciliations related general ledger accounts.
Ensure the maintenance of staff payroll records and documents.
15. Experience on preparation of Salary/Over Time in software is preferable.
16. Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
17. Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
18. Schedule bank payments or hand out pay checks directly to employees & Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper).
19. Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
20. Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
22. Should have good working knowledge in Excel.
