Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Executive to join our team. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and addressing employee queries related to payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly/bi-weekly basis.

• Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements, including variable pay, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes and other statutory deductions like PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.

• Handle payroll software and tools

• Reconcile payroll data with HR and finance departments.

• Prepare and file returns/statutory forms (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

• Respond to employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.

• Coordinate with HR and finance teams for smooth payroll functioning.

• Prepare payroll reports for management review.
