Job Title: Payroll Manager / Payroll Executive

📍 Location: Indore

🧑‍💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Payroll Management

💰 Salary: Up to Rs.15,000 - 18,000per month

👩 Preferred Candidate: Only Female Candidates

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.

Handle PF (Provident Fund) registration and compliance activities.

Maintain and update employee attendance records regularly.

Prepare and generate monthly salary reports, payslips, and reconciliations.

Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Coordinate with HR and accounts team for data verification and updates.

Handle leave management and attendance corrections.

Use MS Excel efficiently for data entry, reporting, and calculations.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information.

Assist in internal/external audits related to payroll and compliance.

Skills Required:

Minimum 6 Month - 1 year of experience in payroll and related functions.

Strong working knowledge of PF registration and statutory compliance.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Experience in attendance management and basic HR reporting.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
