Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee operational activities across departments.
Optimize day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage budgets and forecast resource requirements.
Lead and support a team of supervisors and staff to achieve operational goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments including HR, Finance, and Sales to align operational strategies.
Oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain management if applicable.
