● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for large-scale migration, ensuring alignment with business goals and government regulations. ● Supervision & Coordination: Oversee and support JCOs managing feeder state operations, maintaining high standards of discipline, operational readiness, and team morale4. ● Migration Operations: Manage the end-to-end migration process, including sourcing, onboarding, transit logistics, arrival, and integration of migrants in metro cities ● Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams (recruitment, onboarding, logistics, compliance) and external partners (local authorities, NGOs, service providers) to ensure seamless migration flows and worker welfare 2 ● Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to migration, including worker safety, legal compliance, and crisis response. ● Data-Driven Management: Track and analyze migration KPIs such as migration volumes, attrition rates, integration success, and cost efficiency; use insights to drive continuous improvement. ● Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on migration flows, operational challenges, outcomes, and recommendations for senior management.
