We are seeking an organized, on-site Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support our e-commerce logistics. You will handle administrative compliance, employee documentation, and shipping preparation for our natural bath and body brand.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics: Prepare and print daily dispatch labels for Amazon and Flipkart orders.
Mail & Courier: Manage all inward and outward office couriers, mail, and shipments.
Documentation: Maintain and update staff files, attendance, and employee records.
Compliance: Ensure all legal, safety, and office compliance is up to date.
Daily Ops: Oversee routine office maintenance, inventory tracking, and housekeeping staff.
Requirements
6 months to one year of experience in office administration or operations.
Proficiency with e-commerce portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of basic statutory office compliance.
Ability to work full-time at our office location.
