We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet the client’s staffing needs.
Collaborate with hiring clients to understand job requirements, technical specifications, and desired skills.
Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the clients.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Negotiate salary and offer details with candidates, ensuring alignment with company compensation structures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records .
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep up-to-date with current trends in tech hiring and recruitment tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
Strong knowledge of technology roles, skills, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
Experience in recruiting for both product and service-based IT companies.
Certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
