Internship Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship offers real-world exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and is ideal for someone passionate about HR and talent acquisition. You'll play an active role in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and supporting recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals and social media

• Help build a candidate pipeline for various roles

• Support onboarding activities

2. Screening and Interviewing

• Review resumes and assist in conducting initial screenings

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate communication

3. Collaboration

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements

• Participate in team discussions and hiring strategy

4. Documentation & Metrics

• Maintain records in our internal tracking system

• Learn to track key recruitment metrics

5. Employer Branding

• Help with social media campaigns to promote Get Naukri as an employer brand
   

Qualifications

Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Admin, or related field)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards

• Eagerness to learn and ability to multitask

Preferred:

• Previous internship or project experience in HR/recruitment

• Basic understanding of hiring tools (ATS is a plus)

• Interest in market trends & hiring best practices
