Job Title: Human resources Intern

Qualification: Open to graduates and students currently pursuing any degree

Location: Work from home

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipend: Performance-based stipend

Start date: 1st September 2025

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/tools

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data

Roles and responsibilities:

➢ Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling

➢ Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation

➢ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

➢ Coordinate and assist in training programs and employee engagement activities

➢ Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, forms, and reports ➢ Assist in performance appraisal data collection and tracking

➢ Help in policy communication and employee queries resolution

➢ Support exit formalities and clearance procedures

➢ Handle general HR administrative tasks and coordination
