Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR operations including labor law compliance, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and HR policy formulation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a productive and legally compliant work environment, while driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
🛠 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
Build employer branding through job fairs, social media, and partnerships with institutions
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
📚 Training & Development
Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs
Conduct training needs analysis across departments
Coordinate with external trainers and learning platforms as needed
Promote continuous learning and career development initiatives
Track training effectiveness and ROI
⚖️ Labor Law Compliance
Ensure adherence to all local, state, and national labor laws and employment regulations
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to stay legally compliant
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, maternity benefits, etc.)
Prepare documentation for audits and inspections
Investigate and resolve workplace compliance issues
👥 Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration
Implement employee engagement programs and surveys
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
📊 HR Operations & Strategy
Develop and maintain HR budgets and forecasts
Monitor HR metrics (turnover rates, training completion, time-to-hire, etc.)
Lead performance management and appraisal processes
Oversee compensation and benefits programs
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
