Role and Responsibilities
Provide recruiting assistance and candidate screening and assessment.
Pay-roll processing of up to 150 Employees.
Creating on boarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
Be well-versed in labor laws and regulations.
Work towards improving company policies and procedures.
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Handling all the statutory payment related to salaries.
Handling of HR ERP software.
Handling admin work at the office.
Skills
· Excellent record-keeping skills.
· Good understanding of Labor Law.
· Good Communication Skills.
· 2-3 years of experience in HR field.
