We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates through online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

• Advertise job openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.

• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and paper formats.

• Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.

• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.TECH (CIVIL) its a compulsory.

• Fresher or 1+ years of HR-related experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Discreet with sensitive information and professional in conduct.
