Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

Drafting and posting job descriptions on portals and social media platforms.

Coordinating with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.

Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports.

Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring timely hiring closures.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Good interpersonal skills and confident personality.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office & job portals will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Experience in HR recruitment will be preferred.

Salary: As per company standards (negotiable based on experience).

Work Mode: Onsite – Roadpali (near Dmart, Parth Soltaire).
