Key Responsibilities:

For Both Roles (Executive & Assistant Manager):

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Handling employee lifecycle management and HRMS entries

• Coordinating performance management and annual review processes

• Managing payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records

• Ensuring compliance with statutory labour laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)

• Drafting HR policies, SOPs, and official communication

• Grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings

• Supporting training, engagement, and reward & recognition programs

• HR data analytics and periodic reporting to senior management

Assistant Manager role additionally includes:

• Team supervision and mentoring of junior HR staff

• Strategic HR planning and policy implementation

• Driving organizational development initiatives

• Liaising with cross-functional leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree required; PGDM in HR preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of compliance under Indian Labor Laws is essential

• Prior experience in multi-entity or group structure is a plus
