🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Resource Management Executive to join our RMG (Resource Management Group) team. The role involves managing consultant profiles, coordinating interviews, tracking bench resources, and supporting end-to-end manpower planning in a dynamic IT/staffing environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update consultant profiles/resumes as per project/client requirements

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with internal teams and clients

Maintain trackers for interview status, feedback, selection progress, and onboarding

Monitor resource deployment, utilization, and bench availability

Generate MIS reports on resource pipeline, interview progress, and utilization

Track attendance and performance of deployed resources and report concerns

Schedule review meetings and share MOMs with follow-up on action items

Coordinate with HR, project managers, delivery leads, and recruitment teams for urgent needs

🧠 Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in Resource Management, Staffing Coordination, or RMG

Good understanding of IT services staffing, deployment, and bench tracking

Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, tracking templates)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

Based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately

Comfortable with full-time in-office work (no hybrid/remote)
