Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our internal HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling core HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive workplace environment and supporting business operations through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data in HR systems.
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company rules.
Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal events, and wellness programs.
Support performance review processes and probation confirmations.
Generate and manage HR-related reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience as an in-house HR executive or similar role.
Good knowledge of HR policies, practices, and Indian labor laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
