Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete hiring process – from understanding departmental requirements,
sourcing candidates through job portals and referrals, screening applications, conducting
interviews, to onboarding selected candidates.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation, both in hard and
soft formats. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor employee attendance using biometric systems or software, manage leave
applications, and ensure proper tracking and reporting.
Policy Compliance & HR Support:
Ensure company HR policies are followed and keep the team updated on any changes. Act as
a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
