Position Title: HR Intern
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Duration: 3 Months
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Nagpur. This 3-month internship offers valuable exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain and update HR records and databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications
Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Eligibility Criteria:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior internship or project experience in HR will be preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and contribute proactively
