Job Description:
● Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of required manpower as per AOP
● Ensure manpower availability as per operational requirements
● Liaise with internal stakeholders and manpower vendors to meet hiring targets
● Implement and monitor HR policies and compliance at the site
● Address employee grievances and support engagement initiatives
