JOB SUMMARY:

HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and compliance. The role ensure smooth HR operations and supports the organization in creating a positive and productive work environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resource Functions:

Ø  Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

Ø  Maintain and update employee records, HR database and documentation.

Ø  Handle employee queries, grievances and provide necessary HR support.

Ø  Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Ø  Monitor attendance, leave records are maintain in HR software.

Ø  Assist in performance appraisal process and career development plans.

Administration Functions:

Ø  Oversee office administration including facilities, housekeeping and vendor management.

Ø  Manage office supplies and stationary.

Ø  Coordinate travel, transport and accommodation arrangements.

Ø  Monitor office expenses.

Ø  Maintain safe, healthy and productive work environment.
