Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and follow up with candidates.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Help prepare onboarding materials and assist with the induction process for new hires.
- Assist in the coordination of exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
3. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing and filing HR documents.
6. Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing HR reports.
- Respond to general HR inquiries from employees.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
