Key Responsibilities
Source reliable and experienced car drivers through field visits, job portals, references, societies, and local networks.
Daily calling, screening, and shortlisting of driver candidates for corporate and on-demand requirements.
Explain job details, salary, duty hours, compliance documents, and joining process to drivers.
Coordinate walk-ins, interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain a strong active pipeline of drivers for permanent, temporary (badali), and on-demand roles.
Collect and verify required documents (KYC, license, address proof, etc.).
Maintain daily sourcing MIS: leads received, drivers screened, onboarded, and deployed.
Coordinate closely with operations teams for immediate driver requirements.
