Lead end-to-end recruitment: draft job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Organize employee engagement activities, training, and team-building events.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
Prepare HR reports on recruitment, attendance, and engagement metrics.
Support payroll, benefits administration, and other HR administrative tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
6 Months-2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee engagement.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS or ATS).
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
