We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team at Jaagruk Bharat to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in bulk or corporate hiring).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using job portals and social media for sourcing.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup.
