We Are Looking For HR Manager To Join Our Team Extender Business Consultancy To Manage The Process For The Organization. The HR Preofessional Is Responsible For Managing Employee Lifecycle , Including Recruitment,Onboarding ,Compliance And Employee Relation. They Act As A Bridge Between Management And Employees To Ensure A Productive, Compliant And Harmonious Workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment of kitchen staff, service crew, delivery boys, store managers, and other food industry roles.
Conduct training sessions on hygiene standards, customer handling, SOPs, and operations for client teams.
Ensure labour law compliance, contracts, attendance, and other HR policies across client locations.
Manage end-to-end onboarding, documentation, and database of all hired employees.
Support clients in building structured HR systems, shift planning, and payroll basics.
Conduct regular audits of manpower, staff turnover, and discipline issues at client outlets.
Provide on-site support when required at restaurants, cloud kitchens, or food outlets for manpower operations.
Act as the bridge between internal recruitment team and external client needs.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Hospitality/Food Management.
2+ years of experience in HR (in the F&B, QSR, or food outlet industry).
Knowledge of restaurant/kitchen operations and staff hierarchy.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Field-ready mindset to visit and handle client sites across Surat or nearby cities.
Working Hours :
Standard: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
May vary based on client requirements or site visits – flexibility required.
