Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients.
Explain the company’s HR and recruitment services clearly.
Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and call logs.
Follow up with candidates post-interview and gather feedback.
Support the recruitment team in sourcing profiles from job portals and social media.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Requirements:
Minimum graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email).
Positive attitude, polite and persuasive telephone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
