Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records (soft & hard copies)
Draft job descriptions and post job ads on portals and social media
Support the payroll process and leave/attendance tracking
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Handle employee grievances and queries professionally
Assist in HR audits, compliance, and legal documentation
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR (minimum 2 year preferred)
Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
