Coordination: Collaborate with the hiring managers or senior recruiters to schedule subsequent interview rounds for shortlisted candidates.
Candidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing clear information about the job role, company, and next steps in the hiring process.
Experience: Proven experience (6 months - 2 years) in recruitment, HR, or a customer-facing role involving extensive outbound calling.
